TROPICAL DERBY COCKTAIL

Ingredients:

50ml Seven Seals Single Malt Port Wood Finish
60ml pineapple juice
25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml cane sugar syrup
12 leaves fresh mint

Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously over ice.
Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice and garnish with fresh mint.
