PORT ROYAL

Ingredients:

50ml Seven Seals Peated Single Mal Port Wood Finish
25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
20ml cane sugar syrup
15ml Aqua Faba (or egg white)
20ml Tawny Port Wine (Grahams)

Preparation:

Add single malt, lemon juice, cane sugar and Aqua Faba to a shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Then strain into a tumbler over ice and top with port.
