Seven Seals The Age of Gemini offers an enticing nose with a balanced sweetness and smoky woodiness—aromas of dried plums, fireplace, pretzels, wine, peanuts, and whole wheat bread. The palate reveals a high intensity of flavors of roasted almonds, cinnamon, wine, coffee, licorice, and overripe fruits. The finish is longlasting and dry with playful tannins. Flavors of shortbread, raisins, and Sbrinz cheese round out the tasting experience, while the smoke reappears.
The Seven Seals Zodiacs are bottled in limited batches of 365 bottles.
